Kris Parfitt is committed to developing the highest potential in people and business. She is adept at identifying aptitude, experience and diversity which results in long term performers and growth. Currently the Operations Manager with Lenati LLC, Kris provides recruiting services, human resources and professional development opportunities. Before joining Lenati Kris was a training specialist with Sun, HR Manager for a non-profit, owned two businesses and was a wilderness guide for youth-at-risk. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Managerial Leadership. Kris is also the executive assistant for PaintDancing.com committed to ending world hunger and world shyness, and she is involved with MashedPotatoes.org.
